Electrical Engineer Project Manager

Overview

KSA, a Pape-Dawson Company, is searching for a licensed Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of project management experience supporting public infrastructure design projects. At KSA, our projects include water / wastewater, transportation, aviation electrical systems, utilities, SCADA, and a variety of other projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about electrical engineering and is ready to make a difference in the communities we serve. Additionally, this position will be a Team Lead role helping to manage the electrical design projects, schedule, production oversight, and coordinate with the project managers on time, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Experience in a leadership role managing a team of engineers including mentoring staff, training and development, and schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide engineering and design for projects relating to airfield improvement, water treatment plants, pump stations, transportation, building electrical systems, etc.
• Provides estimates for engineering fee budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.
• Ability to independently perform all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.
• Applies technical expertise to review, approve, and seal work.
• Support the work of others and mentor junior level engineers & design / drafting technical staff.
• Ensure project compliance with all KSA practices and quality, safety and governmental design standards.
• Ability to travel as needed.
