Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
• Undercarriage repairs
• Hydraulic experience
• Repairs to dozers, loaders, excavators, motor graders

Job Summary

Performs complex preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment (trucks and yellow iron).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience : Six (6) years of relevant work experience.

Licenses : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations. Must complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Training & Certifications

Includes RCRA, HAZWOPER (24 Hour), DOT & M2Z (Driver), and other environmental and safety training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to operate tools and equipment, diagnose defects, communicate repairs, and utilize fleet maintenance software. Knowledge of PPE and safety protocols.

Work Environment

Physical effort handling objects over 30 pounds, exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes. Physical effort may vary by site.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range : $55.35 / hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K match, paid time off, and more.
