A company is looking for a Workday Adaptive Consultant for a remote W2 contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance Adaptive-based planning processes and dashboards in partnership with stakeholders
Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive models and reports
Lead training efforts to build Adaptive fluency and provide guidance on financial decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably in a Fortune 500 environment
Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation and model building
Advanced MS Excel skills and intermediate knowledge of SQL, SAP, and Power BI
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes
