We’re Hiring : E-commerce Coordinator (Paid Media + Design + Email Marketing + SEO)

Location :  Miami, FL (Doral Offices)

Company :  Sesderma USA

Employment Type :  Full-Time

Sesderma is a global leader in dermocosmetics, present in more than 80 countries. At Sesderma USA, we are growing rapidly and expanding our digital presence. We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator  who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Coordinator  will play a key role in executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise  in paid media, email marketing, and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns  (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) to increase traffic and sales.
  • Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns  (Mailchimp or similar platforms).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets  (banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media creatives).
  • Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms  (Shopify, Zoey, Amazon Vendor Central).
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms .
  • Experience with design tools  (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to read data and provide insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry (a plus!).
