About the Role :

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Business Services team as a Business Services Coordinator based in Miami, FL. The Business Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of Subway's workspace with a focus on reception and internal meeting / event coordination.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Manage / support guest reception. Assessing visitor needs and resolving inquiries.
• Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and events. Liase with departments to relay messages, resolve scheduling issues, and trouble shoot last minute information gaps.
• Assist with the purchase, stocking and coordination supplies.
• Assist with safety and security related tasks and associated equipment, ensuring proper sign in procedures / protocols are enforced with sound judgment.
• Assist Business Services Manager with general oversight and support of the workspace.
• Support ensuring clean, organized, professional work environment fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere through reliable communication and proactive problem solving.
