Job Summary

Summary : The Group Sales Admin Supervisor of the Group Sales Team at Kaseya Center oversees all planning and communication of private catering events, ensuring full support for internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operational :

Coordinating event logistics with Client and communicating with the building to ensure all setup needs are met (Event Worksheets).

Maintain a positive attitude and a culture of YES.

Maintain a high level of excellence and accountability for Levy and on-site procedures.

Ensure the highest levels of customer service for employees, vendors and internal or external clients you are in contact with.

Ensure beverage consumption sheet compliance.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, event service, planning or coordination.
