Job Title : CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated CNC Milling Machinists to join our team for the 2nd shift. This position offers a structured work schedule from 4 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM, with a built-in 50-hour work week, including overtime. Training will initially occur on the 1st shift with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain specifications by observing tooling, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools.
• Read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets.
• Utilize Machine Control, set tools, and enter offsets.
• Follow setup instructions, including setting up fixtures, vices, and rotaries.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with Programming and Inspection to adjust CNC programs as required.
• Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Operate within AS9100 / ISO9001 requirements, ensuring proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.

Work Environment

This role is set in a typical production environment on the shop floor within a machine shop. The schedule is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 4 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
