Construction Project Manager

Our client is a respected and growing commercial general contractor serving the Jacksonville area and beyond. We specialize in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects including healthcare, office, retail, and institutional developments. We are currently seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and change orders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Participate in estimating, bidding, and pre-construction planning efforts.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
