Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
Maintain safe and efficient operation of processing equipment, maximizing production while producing high quality
product to supply customer requests.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the daily HTST production operation, processing, and filling of product
- Measure work outcome and processes while taking actions toward continuous improvement
- Maintain productivity and quality management
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding
health and safety issues
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporateregulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferredProduction or general work experienced preferredCertification and / or License – may be required during course of employment\n
