Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to provide legal assistance within the Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the legal team in addressing a comprehensive scope of legal matters

Research legal issues and provide recommendations to attorneys and management

Assist in the review of loan documents, contracts, and maintain corporate formalities

Required Qualifications

Paralegal Degree or Certificate preferred

2-3 years of paralegal work experience

Background in corporate law, secured transactions, or bankruptcy preferred

Experience with banks or financial institutions is preferred

Ability to manage a large workload of diverse matters independently
