Atlantic Construction Sales is an independent sales representative firm representing elite manufacturers across North Carolina, South Carolina, and most of Virginia. We are looking for a territory sales rep for our Virginia Beach / Tidewater territory. The rep will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, while also serving as a technical resource. Learn more about us at
Candidate
Candidates should either be located in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area or be willing to relocate for this position.
- Territory : Virginia Beach, Tidewater, Hampton Roads, and nearby markets
- Travel : Daily in-territory; minimal overnights
- Type : Full-time, field-based
- Requirements : Valid driver’s license and comfort working around active jobsites / at heights (with PPE)
- Experience : Sales experience not required; training provided initially with local rep
- Focus : Grow market share; be a technical resource to contractors, distributors, and architects

Own and grow a defined territory; build brand recognition and market shareCall on roofing contractors, distributors, architects / consultants, and building ownersDemonstrate superior customer service skills with the team and customersConduct product demos, lunch-and-learns, and spec support with architects / specifiersSupport bids and submittals; align system selection to code, warranty, and budgetProvide light field / technical support when necessaryMaintain CRM (pipelines, opportunities); manage weekly territory planRepresent ACS at trainings, trade shows, industry groups, and community eventsWhat You’ll Bring
