Job Description

We are looking for a  Senior Structural Engineer  with a minimum 10 years of experience for our LA – Woodland Hills office, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete and wood commercial / institutional buildings.

In This Role You Will :

• Perform and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial & institutional building projects
• Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings
• Lead project teams of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs
• Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design
• Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications
• Manage profitability of projects and maintain a working relationship with clients
• Work closely with the Discipline Manager to support the needs of the department, projects, and growth objectives
