Hatch is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Los Angeles, CA, with extensive analysis and design experience on hydro power projects. The engineer will support the design of concrete structures including dam spillways, intake structures, and powerhouses, and conduct stability analyses of dams and related structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Perform structural analysis and design for hydro power projects.
- Develop 3D finite element models of concrete dams and conduct static and seismic analyses.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures.
- Prepare technical memos and reports within areas of expertise.
