The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in HCM applications and technology space.
Responsibilities
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
- Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients
Qualifications
A Bachelor\'s degree3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management SolutionsOverall IT projects implementation of 4+ yearsStrong knowledge and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence ManagementExperience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred; US experience requiredExperience in multiple HCM implementationsProficient in understanding business requirements and advising on HCM deploymentsStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility to travel up to 50%+ as required by clientPreferred / Ideal
MBA or MS degree preferred, but not requiredOracle Cloud HCMADP experience preferred, but not requiredWhat We Look For
