As the Floating Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact and contribute to the lives of our residents and team members by providing a comfortable environment and a well-maintained living space. The day-to-day : The Floating Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, leading by example to foster an engaged and successful team, and improving the resident’s renter experience through providing exceptional customer service.
