Permanent job opening

Days only, 7 AM 7 PM and 7 days on, 7 days off.

This is a 100% clinical position

You do not need to live in Clovis; you can live in areas like Lubbock, TX, Dallas, or areas in New Mexico

J1 candidates invited to apply

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico

We are willing to mentor someone without leadership experience

Demonstrate comprehensive medical care and post-operative care in a 106-bed facility, including an open ICU with 7 beds

Provide clinical oversight and foster a family-like environment within a blended, collaborative team

No procedures are required. Codes run by hospitalists and ED

Utilize EPIC EMR systems

Compensation : Yearly base salary is $346,750

Attractive compensation package with a $50k commencement bonus

The medical director stipend is $60k annually

Eligibility to receive productivity and quality bonuses.

Travel Stipend is an option
