Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IAM Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This outstanding opportunity is a hybrid of engineering support and solution architecture, providing technical expertise to project teams and ensuring that our solutions are designed and implemented effectively. You will be a key resource in bridging the gap between high-level architectural designs and practical engineering implementation.

Job Responsibilities

As an IAM Support Specialist, you will :

• Act as a liaison to communicate client needs with architectural and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth flow of information.
• Work closely with solution architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Research technologies and evaluate their potential use in our solutions, providing feedback and recommendations to the architecture team.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
