KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

• Ability to identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple client industries in the following areas : Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization / Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
• Lead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation effort
• Lead the development and evolution of business, methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

California Salary Range : $165000 - $319000
