Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business functions
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders to meet growth needs
Mentor junior team members and continuously improve recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
Track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
