Pre-Construction Coordinator

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Electrical installation knowledge and Efficiency with Excel and Bluebeam are a must!
Proven experience in preconstruction management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Proficient in using construction estimation software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Understand, Organize, Maintain, and / or utilize the following :
Candidate must be willing commute and work through the Denver office each day.

Day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to the following :
Maintain, organize, and scan in take-off & installation drawings to Pre-Con job folder / Project folder.
Verify the accuracy of drawings and compare practical installation methods.
Create material buy out list and compare to estimate breakout data collection and present to Operations.
Create material groupings in phases for material delivery schedule.
Notify Operations of any misses in estimate or scope captured during takeoff.
Create a complete job installation guide including manpower and installation schedules.
Assist the Pre-con manager with meeting minutes, shifting files to the Job folder from Bids.
Personal development will be focused on every week on this team.
Makes sure that the information that Pre-con provides is current and accurate.
Work closely with the Estimating team to ensure that project specifications and InPwr standards are reflected in the estimate.
Consult with the GS Team on a regular basis to keep up with changing industry standards and best practices.
Assist the GS Team when opportunities arise that require a team effort.
