Quality Control Technicians - $22.00 / HR - Second Shift (Train on First Shift) - Stillwater, MN

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Quality Control Technician openings in Stillwater, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining high standards in product quality.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay : $22.00

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Training Period)

After training, shift moves to Monday - Thursday, 4 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM

Pay Frequency : Weekly

Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire

Location : Stillwater, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming raw materials / products to specifications, record results, and properly mark product / containers
  • Take samples and perform testing of incoming raw materials, record results
  • File and maintain quality inspection records
  • Perform random sampling and final inspection of material / product
  • Accurately determine whether product meets required characteristics such as color, size / measurement, and other specifications
  • Identify and segregate defective material

    • Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English required; English / Hmong preferred)
  • Ability to remain seated for the duration of the shift
  • Background screen required (Drug screen not required)
