Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Specialist to assist our Connecticut-based clients with contractor and facility programs and tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide safety oversight of construction worksites
• Develop Job Safety Plans and Assessments
• Manage Safe Work Permit Programs and Tracking
• Maintain Management / Contractor Reporting and Record Keeping
• Review and critique Contractor Safety Programs
• Communicate with clients, customers, subcontractors, and project team members
• Manage all field activities and direct subcontractors
• Prepare compliance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Conduct safety training

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
