We are looking for a Senior / Welder Fitter to join our team! This is a full-time position located in Abingdon, MD . Hours are Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM; Overtime as needed

This position will lead welding and fitting projects, ensuring the work meets the highest quality standards. Employee will be expected to contributing to innovative solutions for complex fabrication challenges. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our production efficiency and maintaining rigorous safety protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute welding and fitting operations on various materials to include steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct detailed inspections of fabricated components to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements in fabrication processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior welders and fitters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and practices.
• Document and report on project progress, issues, and resolutions to management.
