Chicago, IL –RCP is looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary HR point of contact for the RCP Advisors office. This individual will function as a strategic partner and integral extension of the business, owning all HR-related initiatives and ensuring alignment with RCP’s strategy and culture. The HRBP will support a full range of human resources functions, including but not limited to : talent acquisition and management, employee relations and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits support, and spearheading the culture and employee engagement initiatives.
