What you’ll do in your role.

• Lead Real Estate Transactions : Negotiate, draft, and close a wide range of complex real estate agreements - including leases, amendments, easements, and access agreements - to support T-Mobile’s network build, expansion, and operations.
• Support Network Deployment : Provide legal counsel on risk, title, and operational issues to ensure timely development of T-Mobile’s communications systems.
• Strategic Partnering : Advise business leaders on real estate strategy for T-Mobile’s network real estate portfolio.
• Process & Risk Management : Develop tools, playbooks, and best practices that streamline transactions, mitigate risk, and deliver consistent, business-aligned outcomes across markets.
• Leadership & Training : Mentor and train attorneys, paralegals, and business teams on real estate issues, promoting alignment, efficiency, and operational excellence.

The Experience You’ll Bring :

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school & admission and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Base Pay Range : $144,100 - $260,000

Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
