Bilingual Call Center Administrator

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Bilingual Call Center Administrator for our client a local Construction company serving the great Dallas-Fort Worth metro. The ideal candidate will have a solid amount of office experience, and have experience in a call center environment specifically. Must speak Spanish fluently for consideration.Location : The Colony, TX (Onsite)Schedule : Monday - Friday, Fully In-Office

Responsibilities : - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish- Provide excellent customer service and support-Scheduling Appointments & Entering PO's-Communicate between company managers and field technicians- Maintain accurate call logs and records- Assist with administrative tasks and follow-up communication- Ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met

Qualifications : - High School Diploma or equivalent- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM- Proficient in Microsoft Office (1 year experience required)- Strong organizational and follow-up skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment- Must have reliable transportation- Must pass a background check and drug test
