Overview
As a Restaurant Office Administrator, you'll support both the front and back of house through a wide range of administrative, financial, and event-related responsibilities. In partnership with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center, you'll ensure smooth office operations, accurate financial processes, and exceptional private event coordination. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will help create a seamless experience for both Team Members and Guests.
Pay
Base pay range : $44,000.00 / yr - $54,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain all back-office procedures and administrative systemsTrack and manage marketing collateral, office supplies, and uniform inventoryManage gratuity systems and daily cash reconciliationPrepare and process invoices using the Crunchtime systemMaintain daily Wine Club Membership data entry and support reservation systemEvent and Administrative Support
Handle booking and execution of all private eventsProcess vacation requests and payroll-related mattersSupport Team Members with policy, payroll, and benefits questionsAssist with screening applications and processing employment paperworkMaintain back-office organization, cleanliness, and securityTrack health and safety certifications and ensure required postings are up to dateTeam and Operations
Partner closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresTrain and support the Office Assistant to act as a weekend / vacation backupAttend meetings and provide updates on administrative and event-related mattersCoordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure event timelines are metGuest Experience
Answer phone calls and assist Guests with professionalism and careConduct post-event follow-ups to ensure Guest satisfactionRetrieve and verify custom event décor and amenities to meet Guest expectationsRepresent Cooper's Hawk values and create a respectful, positive, and professional work environmentAdditional Duties
