Construction Project Superintendent -Industrial (33570)

An international general contractor in Columbus, OH is currently looking for a Construction Project Superintendent to join their project in the area. They specialize in building industrial construction such as factories and plants. They work with the automotive parts manufacturers and help them with the whole construction of various projects. This is a full-time and direct-hire role.

Construction project Superintendent -Industrial Responsibilities :

• Oversee and supervises the daily construction activities to make sure the completion of the projects
• Work with and direct all the field workers (contractors, suppliers, and vendors, etc.)
• Maintain the project schedules and solve issues and problems as needed
• Make sure that all the safety policy and contract conditions are adhered through trainings and meetings
• Order materials and coordinate inspections as needed
• Assist the Project Manager with all the necessary duty
• Prepare and keep documents and logs
• Other duties as assigned
