This facility is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Job Setting : Outpatient Clinic
• Types of Cases : 90% adult | 10 % pediatrics
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
• Requirements : Board Certification and Active Arizona license
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
