This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule : 9 : 00a-4 : 00p October 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15
• Patients Per Day : 10-12
• Practice Setting : Family Clinic
• Scope : Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure : Active California State License
• Credentialing Timeframe : 1 Week
