Overview
JGA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level logistics and supply chain initiatives for one of our key clients. The Program Manager will drive execution across Warehouse Management (WMS), Distribution Centers (DCs), Transportation, Final Mile, and Returns optimization, ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery of complex, multi-system programs.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Atlanta, GA three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale logistics programs using SDLC and Agile frameworks.
- Manage vendor and internal deliverables, aligning with project flight plans and timelines.
- Drive program governance, risk / issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Oversee requirements, configurations, and enhancements for logistics systems, including : Manhattan Associates WMOS, IBM Sterling OMS, Retek Merchandising System (RMS).
- Manage integrations across platforms (ProShip, 3PLs, Sterling, RMS, etc.).
- Monitor performance and system health using AppDynamics or similar tools.
- Oversee QA, release readiness, and compliance with internal processes.
- Support development of microservices, reporting, and analytics (Snowflake, Power BI).
- Own financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Partner with executive sponsors and delivery teams to ensure visibility, KPI tracking, and success.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years Program / Project Management experience, including 8+ years in Supply Chain, Retail, or Logistics IT.
- Proven expertise in WMS (preferably Manhattan WMOS) and logistics technology ecosystems.
- Experience leading multi-site rollouts and integrations in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills with project management tools (JIRA, Rally).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Hands-on understanding of data analytics (Snowflake, Power BI).
- Strategic thinker with operational execution strength.
- Strong collaborator and cross-functional influencer.
- Proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
- Capable of balancing tactical delivery and strategic planning.
