Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites, is hiring a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our team in Plymouth, MN. At Allina Health Restorative Suites, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike. As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) at Allina Health Restorative Suites, you will be transcribing provider and admission orders, maintaining accurate data, scheduling appointments and transportation, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Type : Full-Time

Shifts Available (Including Rotating Holidays) : Days 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Wage Range : $20 / hour to $24.38 / hour depending on experience.

Location : 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441

Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) Responsibilities :

• Enter physician's orders with high degree of accuracy.
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation.
• Maintain electronic medical records for accurate census data.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents, family members and facility visitors.
• Assist with inventory and delivery of nursing supplies.
• Complete other tasks as requested.
