HealthPRO Heritage Pediatrics has a great Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity at our outpatient, pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, NC. Join a collaborative team that supports growth and fulfillment in your career while serving children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
- Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
- Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
- Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate CAQH profile and NPI
- Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
- Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
- Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
- Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics
Qualifications
Must be licensed as a BCBA.At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.Why Choose HealthPRO Heritage Pediatrics
