Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, presentations, contracts, and product deployments.
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
- Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities.
- Research accounts and follow-through on leads.
- Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers.
- Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Desire to learn from senior level sales executives.Excellent communication skills are required.Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.About GRUBBRR
