Role Description

What is a life in the day of me as Sales Development Representative at Recom? The ideal candidate will engage with target prospects to build new business for the company. The candidate should have experience prospecting through various channels including phone, email and . We are seeking a self-starter and team-oriented individual who will bring passion and dedication to one of the fastest growing companies in the US. This role requires an individual with the unique ability to attend to details, dig in and get things done. The most successful candidate will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. You must be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. A successful candidate will be motivated, organized, and a creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business opportunities. In this role you will report directly to the Sales Development Manager and will be based at the Company's office in Deerfield, FL. This is an in-person, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and own business development targets within assigned vertical markets
• Drive Recom's business development efforts through cold calling and email initiatives to schedule introductory calls with a Business Development Executive or VP, Strategic Partnership
• Implement calling strategies for high potential prospects (call script, voicemail and follow up)
• Maintain contact and post-outreach follow up to ensure success and continuity
