We're looking for a high-energy Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth and become a key player in our sales team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with direct mentorship from Kevin Dorsey (KD) one of the world's top sales leadersand Jeff Stirling, who helped scale Deel to $800M ARR.
What You'll Do :
- Generate leads : Use creative strategies to identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify prospects : Understand their needs and connect them to how Finally's solutions can transform their business.
- Build relationships : Establish trust and excitement with SMBs by showcasing Finally's value.
- Hit targets : Meet and exceed lead generation and sales KPIs, tracking progress in Salesforce and other tools.
- Collaborate : Work with top-notch sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and drive success.
