We're looking for a Business Development Representative who excels at building genuine relationships and helping clients solve problems. Success in this role comes from being a great listener, asking thoughtful questions, and positioning solutions that truly fitnot from high-pressure tactics. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your communication skills and strategic thinking drive results.
You'll handle the full sales cyclefrom responding to web leads and phone inquiries, to reconnecting with past clients and following up on prospects generated by our calling service. Your role is to understand what clients need, educate them on solutions, and guide them through the process. You'll eventually manage the accounts you close, building long-term partnerships with the businesses you serve.

Location & Work Environment
Location : Boca Raton, FL (in-person role) Travel Required : Local travel primarily in the greater Boca Raton area; occasional extended travel (10-15% of time)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (rare weekend needs)
Compensation
Base Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 / year
Commission : 5% on all closed revenue (paid when client pays)
OTE (On-Target Earnings) : $65,000 - $85,000+ Year 1
