Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with requirements. Monitor construction progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders. Facilitate communication between all parties involved to promote effective teamwork and problem-solving. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in commercial construction project management or a similar role. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on all projects. Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
