Allied Universal is hiring a Vice President, Engineering and Technology. The Vice President of Technology and Engineering (VP TIE) will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for the vision, development, and execution of the company's engineering and technology roadmap. The Vice President of Technology and Engineering oversees pre-sales Solution Architecture, post-sales Solution Engineering, Estimating, and the Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) platform. This role leads a matrixed, decentralized team of regional engineering managers and vertical-market engineering groups. The Vice President will have strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for emerging technology and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Leadership and Strategy :

Define and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap while refining engineering standards, processes, and best practices for scalable, high-quality, cost-effective delivery

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Business Unit leaders to drive go-to-market strategy, solution design, and execution
• Build and sustain engineering talent through career pathing, mentorship, and training and development programs
