A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Market Access and Patient Services.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement national patient service strategies for education and order fulfillment
Lead and mentor a team of Field Reimbursement Managers and Market Access Managers
Oversee patient services programs and use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
Required Qualifications :
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Market Access or Patient Services, including 5 years in leadership
Proven experience in managing high-performing field-based teams
In-depth understanding of reimbursement processes and patient support models
Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
