Location : Carroll, OH

Salary : $36hr-$40hr + OT & Company Vehicle

Position Overview

The Dirt Foreman will oversee and manage all earthwork operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves leading a team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of dirt work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all dirt operations on construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule work activities with project managers and site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings with crew members.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices in earthwork and installation techniques.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and other stakeholders regarding project requirements.
