The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer II to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will collaborate closely with talented people in US, Stockholm, and India across roles of product management, design, and development. Your primary responsibility will be enhancing the UX of Planview’s enterprise software solutions through research and prototyping methods.

What You\'ll Do

• Be part of a product management and design team that designs (research, ideate, prototype) enterprise software, with a focus on Planview’s premier products and platform services.
• Work in an agile environment, with multiple designers, product managers, and development teams, as we bring to life our vision for connected work.
• Collaborate with other product design leaders, product managers, developers, and users through research methods to imagine, design, test, and launch impactful software.
• Create alignment between user needs and business strategies / goals through use of Planview’s design system as well as innovative product-specific solutions.
• Be capable of contributing to the growing Planview design system when such efforts are prioritized.
• Support continuous improvement of product user experience with operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends, tools, and approaches, and share this knowledge with the product design team when given the opportunity.
