What You’ll Need :

• Meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• At least 1 year of prior experience as a preschool lead teacher
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility to work within all business hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
