A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Independently manage caseload and complete administrative tasks such as preparing status updates
Required Qualifications
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice and preferred workers' compensation experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
Reliable internet access
