Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day forwarding activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. and global trade requirements.
• Manage import, export, and customs brokerage functions while maintaining close ties with carriers, agents, and customers.
• Drive profitability through budget oversight, cost optimization, and the pursuit of new revenue streams.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to standardize service levels across the branch.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to safeguard customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships across diverse sectors.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to sustain a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance standards (OSHA, TSA, etc.).
• Partner with executive leadership on branch strategy, performance reporting, and growth plans.
