In this critical role within an established engineering and manufacturing company specializing in precision hydraulic and pneumatic control valves and components, you will be the linchpin for ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP, CAD / CAM, shop floor integration, and general business productivity tools. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, maintain, and secure all IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows Server, Active Directory), networks (LAN / WAN, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Oversee the administration, optimization, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and associated modules, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and data from evolving threats.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to all users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement of hardware / software, and strategic budget planning.
• Support specialized manufacturing systems, including CAD / CAM software and shop floor integration technologies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices for IT operations and data security.
