Key Responsibilities

Support local channel partners and their advertising partners by understanding marketing needs and resolving escalations

Review marketing materials for compliance with guidelines and assist customers in creating brand-enhancing content

Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback while performing quality control checks on work

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field

1+ years of agency or related experience

Some remote-work experience preferred with the ability to work independently

Proven technical competence with Microsoft Office and social publishing platforms

Understanding of industry trends and a passion for client service
