A respected Seattle law firm is seeking a  Temp-to-Hire   Estate Planning Paralegal (4898)  to join its busy estate planning practice. This role offers the opportunity to support a highly regarded attorney team with the drafting and management of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments. The position is available on either a temporary-to-hire or direct-hire basis, with the potential for a long-term career in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments
• Assist attorneys with estate planning case management and client communications
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files
• Manage deadlines, scheduling, and filing requirements
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to ensure smooth workflow within the practice group

Qualifications :

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to apply their expertise in estate planning and contribute to a well-regarded practice. The position offers the chance to make an immediate impact while evaluating fit for a long-term role.

Compensation :  $30.00 to $40.00 Hourly, DOE
