Salary $90,000–$100,000, based on experience

Full Circle Communities is seeking a Michigan-based Regional Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Property Management .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for up to six affordable housing communities.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support site staff; address performance issues and conduct terminations as necessary.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor ongoing financial performance.
• Plan and manage capital projects, including both scheduled and emergency repairs.
• Ensure strict compliance with HUD, Section 42, HOME, and other regulatory or financing program requirements.
• Foster exceptional customer service standards across all communities.
• Direct marketing and leasing efforts to minimize vacancies and maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with the resident services team to ensure services are appropriate and effectively coordinated.
• Represent Full Circle Communities positively and professionally within the community and industry.

Qualifications & Skills

Familiarity with MSHDA and its housing agents.
