Overview
HR Service Center Partner from the Company Amcor. Location : Oshkosh, WI, United States. Education requirement : Bachelor Degree. This HR Service Center Partner role is part of Amcor's HR organization.
Responsibilities
- Review employee data forms and reports, interpret entry requirements and complete complex data entry in HR technology solutions with accuracy
- Respond to all employee, manager, or HR inquiries via email and phone utilizing a case management tool
- Engage with HR team members to continually grow knowledge and provide / receive feedback
- Achieve resolution of cases at rates that meet or exceed established metric standards and service levels
- Audit employee data to ensure accuracy and data integrity across HR systems
- Respond to data requests from standard pulls to customizations when appropriate
- Follow the escalation path to support and resolve complex inquiries
- Build knowledge of assigned specialty space to be a subject matter expert for Service Center peers
- Collaborate with Leads and HR team members to build and improve processes in the assigned area
- Maintain basic knowledge of all HR plans and program designs
- Create and update team process and employee resource documents for the assigned space
- Continuously advance Amcor business knowledge in and outside of HR
- Support continuous process improvements to gain efficiencies in focus areas
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AA, EEO, FLSA, ADA)
